Heron’s Cove Restaurant & Guest Accommodation is part of the Signature Park Hotel Group which includes properties in the counties of Donegal, Mayo and Clare 

Guests staying at Heron's Cove can avail of the Leisure & Spa facilities at the Mill Park Hotel in Donegal Town is also of Signature Park Hotels  

Heron’s Cove opened for business in May 2006. With it's hard working experienced team of chefs, use of quality locally sourced produce and a "nothing but the best" philosphy, the restaurant has earned its deserved reputation and popularity as the venue of choice for both locals and visitors to Donegal and the North West region of Ireland. Our Head Chef,  Deirdre Clinton is currently Irish Chef of the Year 2008 and Travelled and competed with National Irish Culinary Team, 2008 at the Culinary Olympics taking home 24 silver medals and 11 bronze medals from the Culinary Olympics 2008
